Established in 1990, S-TECH started to commercialize silicon Ingot Grower system in 2008 and came to be a global small giant enterprise which won Daegu SMEs Grand Prize in 2018 and achieved 30 Million Dollar Tower. S-TECH provides domestic and foreign customers with the Total Solution Service for manufacturing silicon single-crystal ingots by using its over 30 years of Know-How and World-Class R&D Center.
In 2016, S-TECH secured the 3m ingot growing technology for the first time in Korea. With its automation and AI based smart growing technology, the company successfully manufactured 4m silicon ingots by charging by charging 340kg polysilicon for the first time in Korea.

As a result, S-TECH secured over 100 patents and certificates of TUV and CE so as to prove that our Equipment is reliable.
We make the Equipment developed with core technologies. ‘SS Series’, the Equipment to manufacture silicon single-crystal ingots for Semiconductors and Photovoltaic cells, is optimized to manufacture at least 8-inch ingots and large-diameter ingots for Semiconductors. Our next-generation CZ based single-crystal ingot growing technology helps to implement customer impression.
